Add new user for luci

I want to add new user to luci.

I followed the following steps:

SOLVED: LUCI add support user (in addition to root)

Last post provided "the clue": problem with ubus authentication. Not due to luci revision change, but with openwrt/ubus revision change. But I can t find the following files to add the new user:

/usr/lib/lua/luci/controller/admin/index.lua
/usr/lib/lua/luci/controller/admin/servicectl.lua

Are these files removed from the last version of OpenWRT? or am I missing somehing?

lua / luci is a moving target. Suggest U fgrep -r root, sysauth in /usr/lib/lua/luci and see how root access is currently set.
