Make sure you add the luci-adblock package as well.

any package is is luci-app- are the luCi interface for that app.

What I always do is if I want to install an app package, I first check to see if it has a luCi package first and then install that.. Installing luci-app-adblock will automatically install adblock as well

I wouldn't have an idea which packages you can or should remove. It may be that you simple don't have the space on that device for adblock, or the luci package for it at least..

what package to uninstall to have space for luci-app-adblock i dont have space at the moment

blocklists need RAM, lots of it - there's no point to think about adblock on a 32 MB RAM device like yours (unless you're content with a handselected blocklist of just a handful of entries).
