Required dependency package acme is not available in any repository.
are you still using the RC4 ?
did you do an update before attempting install ?
they're right there, at the top of https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/25.12.0-rc4/packages/x86_64/packages/.
there's an allow utrusted option in apk.
as for the adb file, it's a known (ongoing) issue, use search.
