I need to fix up the ocmmit messages for that patch and also the embedded quilt patch, and also I should try and find unsquashed versions of the patch before formally submitting it to the OpenWRT team.

This fixes support for higher frequencies in the 5 GHz band, at least for the US countrycode and the APs I've tested with, using the existing firmware blobs that OpenWRT currently uses.
