802.11r failed AR9220 wifi card

Just found my old alix board and trying to add on my current set up but failed to activate 801.11r on my alix with AR9220 card..No issues with my other AP with FT enabled.Hope someone could help me

looks like incomplete feature set. What wpad/hostapd version is installed?

might be package issue.

on my C2600s doing 802.11r, I remove wpad completely, and install hostapd instead of hostapd-mini.
