5G wifi Issue with 23.05.3 on Cudy wr1300 V3

Device and Software:
Model: Cudy WR1300 v3
Firmware Version: OpenWrt 23.05.3 r23809-234f1a2efa
Kernel Version: 5.15.150

I have been facing this issue since the day I install openwrt on my router. When I turn on 5G signal, It is not discoverd by my android phone "Samsung A50" as well as by my Samsung TV Q70AA, both of the devices do have capabilities to connect to 5G WiFi. moreover, my Lenovo ThinkPad P14s 20VX can discover the 5G wifi and work without any problem.

My qustion is that, is this a bug or do I have to do some changes in the setting ???? I have looked for this issue and there were similar issues with 5G wifi on this router model.

A shot in the dark, but I had an old Samsung TV that wouldn't discover the 5G WiFi if I was using any channel above 48 (so only the UNII-I band), but other devices could detect it, maybe that's what's going on?

I got it solved by selecting country in the wifi setting
