Anyone aware of a plug-in for Luci-App / OpenWRT to calculate the distance to a connected cell tower via Location area Code or Cell ID?
Can imagine that this can be calculated via GPS position and known cell tower positions.
Have seen various plugins which will display the signal strength like RSSI / RSRP / RSRQ and SINR but no further info regarding distance.
This function can be very handy when on the road with the RV outside urban zones where towers are more widely spreaded.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
