hello I can't configure the 4G function of my ZBT-WG3526 router.
firmware is original LEDE Reboot SNAPSHOT 17.01 22.0714_114130
on the http interface i can see that the modem is active but i don't know where i have to enter the pin code of the sim card!

{
"device_model":"Quectel EP06",
"imei":"**************3",
"iccid":"NO SIM",
"apn":"",
"pin":"None",
"isp":"None",
"signal":"0",
"cgreg":"0",
"nwmode":"",
"scanmode":"",
"bandval":"",
"ltebandval":"",
"gps":"0",
"latitude":"",
"longitude":""
}

Can you help me? Thanks.

If you want support here, flash it with proper openwrt. If not, ask ZBT.

Hi
What is the flash procedure, and where i can found the alternative firmware?
regards.

Tried the link provided?

i have download a bin file
openwrt-22.03.2-ramips-mt7621-zbtlink_zbt-we3526-squashfs-sysupgrade

may i use the http interface to load it? is it safe ?

here is the warning message:
The uploaded image file does not contain a supported format. Make sure that you choose the generic image format for your platform. Select 'Force upgrade' to flash the image even if the image format check fails. Use only if you are sure that the firmware is correct and meant for your device!

Not the way you're supposed to flash it, according to the wiki.

Using a PIN always has prooved for me to be unreliable on all openwrt devices. Disable the PIN of the SIM with a mobile phone, and re-insert into the router. Otherwise, the PIN can be set using uci or directly editing /etc/config/network.

when i try to edit network i have this on the 4g section

config interface '4g'
option ifname 'usb0'
option proto 'dhcp'
option model '/usr/sbin/quectel_gobinet'
option metric '20'

No enter for pin code

Add

option pincode 1234
