Sadly not working for me via fixed broadband (BT UK) on laptop or phone, and 4g mobile (o2 UK) on phone.

I also tried VPN to the USA. No change.

Both URLs appear identical

I can load the change log for 23.05.2 without problems.

Anyone else seeing the problem, or is it just me???

I see the same, timeout for the 23.05.0 changelog after a while, but 23.05.2 changelog is fine. In Edge on Windows, and curl on a pi. (NOW/Sky isp UK)
