22.03.3 - ip set known issue - old text?

An interesting note about 22.03.3 - the draft Wiki seems to state that if you use IP sets via option loadfile, your system will hang on boot upon sysupgrading/adding such config. This is confusing and I wanted to verify before; because this means it's been a known issue for the past 3-4 releases.

Likely just copy pasted. A fix was released shortly after 22.03.2
