1 Router Broadcast one 2 Different Channels?

So I know it's possible to broadcast 2 different SSIDs but is it possible for any router to broadcast 2 different SSID on 2 completely different Channels (2.4GHz)? Live in places that allows Channel 13 so would need one SSID to runs on Channel 13 while the other on Channel 1.

Some of my devices needs a stable connection but the interference on anything below channel 12 is very bad here, at the same time some of my devices can not see channel 13.

This is only possible if your device has multiple 2.4G radios. You didn't mention which device you are using, but this probably is not going to be an option.

Currenty using a Xiaomi Mi Router 3 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Router AX6000 (OpenWrt U-Boot layout). But wouldn't mind buying a new one if there's any known one that have 2 2.4G Radios.

They are not made for 10 years or so, you cannot buy new, check old mesh routers like linksys or aruba.
