This seems to be an issue that's been happening for a while. The certificate for dev.openwrt.org is no longer valid, which means browsers like Safari and Chrome will not allow anyone to visit that page.
Can someone please update the certificate so that the site works again?

I know that this is late but we've noticed the same thing and It seems to work for us on firefox. that might be worth a shot
