Hello,

I'm trying to flash my Cisco MR18, so i connect UART pins from left to right VCC/RX/TX/GND to a USB console adapter like this : nothing/TX/RX/GND.
But on putty I get outputs like this:

§¿-/=-#%=)¿%-%=9/¿=9='¿¿
-#¿#'!=7-#1¿9'-9)¿9!#3-1åëRûûë-#¿¿9'5=#-#1¿=15åëRûûëE¿'=#A=A9=5¿¿5#5¿75/=#7'5

Wrong baud rate.  Try 115200 first then work down.
