I’ve changed the IP on build_dir/target-mips_34kc_uClibc-0.9.33.2/root-ar71xx network file, but it seems the file is re-generated after compile, the firmware still has 192.168.1.1.
I’ve also created a custom file in build_dir/target-mips_34kc_uClibc-0.9.33.2/root-ar71xx /files/etc/config/network, but it removes this file after compile.
I’m totally stuck.

You put the custom file in the wrong location.
re-read https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/build#custom_files, it explains where to put it.
