It is now almost one year that both anonymous tickets update and registrations in Openwrt trac don't work due to "spam identification"
Can anyone please fix it or provide a workaround?

Not much hope.
What is the point of filing tickets, when there is no Openwrt development going on?
Practically all active core devs left for LEDE a year ago.
Trac is pretty much unmaintained, buildbot is unmaintained, etc.
But you could file a ticket in the current Openwrt source repo in Github:
