Hi all i try to flash router with openwrt but no success. Hardware look like v11 EU. Here is serial output:

The product ID did not match (sent a file built and tagged for v11, I am a v12).  So it ignored the upload and booted the old firmware in flash.

I know that but this is the problem router is v12 wants v11 file..... on serial "tpl" not working .... and etc

Copy 'tpl' to your clipboard so you can just hit ctrl-V and paste it into your terminal.  Do that exactly when the "Autobooting in 1 seconds" message appears.
