Hello all,
New to the forum, and I have a question.
Got a WPN824N Netgear. Was looking at the Wiki for my device before I start flashing OpenWRT, and I noticed that USB is available via a mod on the header. Just wondering where I need to go on the board for my D+ and D-, Im pretty sure i can locate the 5v and gnd easily. And I also take it OpenWRT once flashed will support the USB port, or is there code I need to append? I did a forum search and came up empty.

You mainly need to populate R9, R10, R13, R14, D11, C95 and C108 to have the data lines available on the header J5. The rest of the circuits around there is for the 5V power supply (might be controllable by a GPIO).
R9 and R10 should be 22 Ohms
R13 and R14 should be 15 kOhms
On the software side, there are a few changes necessary, similar to what I mentioned on this thread. Just instead of the TP-Link sections and files, it has to be done with the WPN824N's.
