Topic: Sercomm VD625 Teardown

This modem is currently used by the customers of the Italian ISP TIM. (ex Telecom Italia)

I wonder why nobody has done this yet. So here are the specs:

Flash:F59L2G81A -> 256MB
RAM: NANYA NT5CC64M16GP-D1 -> 128MB

there is also a http://www.ti.com/product/MSP430G2513 near the wireless phy.

5 port gigabit ethernet switch
2 fxs ports
2 usb ports (probably usb 2.0)
5 wifi antennas, 4 of them are printed on the main pcb and 1 on a small separated pcb
