I am installing my router and to my surprise I found:

root@lede:/dev/bus/usb# lsusb
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 1f75:0888 Innostor Technology Corporation IS888 SATA Storage Controller
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Now the machine is obviously outfitted with only one USB connection: The SATA Storage Controller is hanging from that one.

So how can I check what is really present? And could I solder a USB3 header to it? big_smile
