I want to write a "app" for a python binary called youtube-dl. Basically i want a simple HTML page that monitors the binary youtube-dl's stdout messages and display it on the webpage. how can I write a luci-app ? which documentation should i look at to write a luci-app?

Thanks for that! I dont know the term here but I want to create an app that runs independently on router_ip:port_num like transmission (192.168.1.1:9091). What documentation should I be looking up for this?
