Getting a kernel error trying to install sqm-scripts via luci... is it just me?

if your install is older then 1 month ago you might have package incompatibility

I tried to install SQM immediately after updating from RC3 today on the DIR. The 15.05 release seems to be working fine.

I also just had the same problem on my WNDR3700 for luci-app-sqm after updating, that had been working fine in RC3. So, maybe not a device issue -- unless I did something wrong twice...

Since SQM compatibility is one of the touted improvements for 15.05, hopefully it's just a sqm-scripts package update away?

Yes, I'm hopeful that sqm-scripts will "just work" for everyone... I wasn't quite sure from your message, so I ask a couple questions:

- Are you reporting that the final 15.05 (not RC3 or earlier) is giving problems?
- Which router(s) have the problem installing sqm-scripts?

Thanks.

Yes, final 15.05.

WNDR-3700
DIR-615

SQM-scripts worked fine in RC3. Fails to install in final 15.05.

Found the problem -- it appears I was still pulling packages from the RC3 repository. Reset to defaults and everything is working now.

I normally do that anyways, but wanted to see if the final would update with settings.... and the answer is no.

Sorry for the false alarm -- I blame the loose nut behind the wheel. smile

Thanks to those who tried to help.
