What serial adapter are you using? Also, check connections, and maybe voltage levels.

Hi,

I have same problem. The AP was bricked because of power-loss during frimware update. When it is powered now, all leds shine for a second, then they clear (exept the power-led) for a few seconds, and then the second led (with cogwheel sign) enlightens again. That's all the AP is doing. The AP does not react on factory reset button neither. It's just doing nothing.
I tried to connect to AP with putty, but only black screen. I'm not using a serial adapter, but a real serial interface with sub9d.

What can I do?

I succeeded in getting some signs shown in putty when powering the AP up, but it is only hieroglyphics. What might be wrong?

parity is none, and no flow control. Baud is 115200
