Topic: TL-WR703N v1 (AR9330) @r39365 reghacked, can't enable channels 12/13

I have TL-WR703N v1 based board with Barrier Breaker r39365 / LuCI Trunk (svn-r10471) installed.
Yesterday, when i started to set it up in repeater mode to work in pair with main router i've quickly found out that channel 12/13 are disabled in firmware and i need to apply a well know reghack patch in order to enable normal european wi-fi operation.
After applying a reghack (i beleive it was successful) i can set country and it doesn't reset to 'US' after reboot anymore, but i still can't change wireless channel to anything above 11.

Tried to set 'BO' with no success, even max power stays at 27dBm. Then set it to 'JP' just to test in case something wrong with 'BO'

What i'm doing wrong?

Could somebody with similar hardware AR933x and build close to r39365 can confirm disabled channels 12/13?
And question to OpenWRT gurus: How do i found out that i faced 'bug' in my firmware and this is not the case case that this just me, doing something wrong?
