I have added a page to the wiki, and tried to upload a PCB photo, but the media browser tell me:
Sorry, you don't have enough rights to upload files.
Where and from who should I ask for permission?
In the past I have uploaded images yet, so I do not know what happened.

Some of the top level pages of the wiki are not writable by members, but only by the core developer team. What page were you trying to modify? Where were you trying to load the image?
