What is the kernel version of the next target release and the current development version?
I want to build a router with support for the LTE capable Netgear AirCard 340u. It is supported in kernel 3.14.

3.14 was probably the original target for CC release, but as that release apparently got postponed, now it looks like the platforms are being bumped to 3.18. That is my best guess of the next release's kernel.
It might also depend on which kernel will gets declared the next "long-term kernel" by Linux people.
