Topic: Latest trunk overloading my Active Connections

The content of this topic has been archived on 14 Apr 2018. There are no obvious gaps in this topic, but there may still be some posts missing at the end.

Has anyone else experienced this? I recently decided to try out the trunk of OpenWrt and my Active connections appears to be filling up over time and then randomly emptying.

I looked in the system log and found that dnsmasq is doing something odd with my main PC as well, I thought that might've been it, but switching it off had no effect on the active connections.

In the System log, it looks like this:

Fri Apr 18 00:16:58 2014 daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[2315]: DHCPINFORM(eth0.1) 192.168.1.238 94:de:80:6b:2c:ac

My Active connections as of writing this, stands at 8000/16000 and rising.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, I don't want to have to to back to attitude adjustment...

Never mind, it seems to have resolved itself overnight.

I'll report back if things go wonky again.

The discussion might have continued from here.
