Has anybody gotten lcd4linux to work, especially with a SamsungSPF picture frame?

I tried to build lcd4linux with SamsungSPF driver in trunk r40502, but when I do lcd4linux -l I only get this:

root@DIR-505-3:/etc# lcd4linux -l
LCD4Linux 0.11.0-SVN-1158
Copyright (C) 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 The LCD4Linux Team <lcd4linux-devel@users.sourceforge.net>

available display drivers:
NULL : NULL driver for testing purposes

available plugins:
cfg, math, string, test, time, cpuinfo, loadavg, meminfo, proc_stat, uptime

No SPF driver available... hmpf...

Any hints?

What have you changed in feeds/packages/utils/lcd4linux/Makefile to build the SPF driver?

Nothing.

Then lcd4linux does not compile with the SPF driver enabled..

lcd4linux *does* compile with SPF driver enabled, but the SPF driver doesn't get built.

Well, have you enabled SamsungSPF driver in menuconfig?

Now I see what you mean. Seems the download URL in the lcd4linux/Makefile isn't working. A quick google search returns that it seems this is a dead project now..

You could give LCDproc a try but I guess it does not have such a SamsungSPF driver..
