i'm not typing a romance here that repeats what's in the wiki page: take your time, read carefully, build up knowledge
dealng with bootloaders is not for hot haste fixing, you have to understend *exactly* what you are doing

buy a usb-ttl 3.3v adapter too if you got none
of course yo're welcome to ask if something specific isn't clear
