I think so.
Why?
According to google there are several pages with EAP/... / WPA(2) Enterprise, Radius / Freeradius information on OpenWrt available.
Oh btw - you were not stating if you want to connect to a 802.1X service or if you want to setup one of your own but both seem possible because the required packages in both cases seem to be available.
