I've installed RC2 on WRT941ND.
System is running, but I don't see the uptime, local time.... on the overview.

Thanks! That was the problem

Edit:
One more question. Since the size of RC2 is exactly like RC1 are there any differences?

rc2 ≠ rc1.

the file size matches the size of the kernel and squashfs partitions, which must be flashed entirely.

I installed RC2 on my TP-Link TL-WDR4300. Installation went absolutely smooth, so far no problems at all with RC2.

I'd really like to thank everyone involved in creating such a great release!! THANKS!

Running RC2 on a couple of Netgear WNDR3700 v1's with no trouble so far.

It was said that final 12.09 will use the same binaries as RC2 if there won't be any critical problems discovered. In fact, something already has been discovered shortly after that, but its not known whether that would be considered critical enough.

Upgrade to RC2 went fine here on multiple routers, all with functional wireless. Might be something entirely unrelated.

I upgraded to AA 12.09-rc2 from rc1 on a D-Link DIR-825 rev. B1 i now have 3 radios???

There is wifi misdetection and one of your radios has got duplicated, most likely due to old settings file. You might rename /etc/config/wireless, reboot and let the firmware to detect the two radios again. And then manually re-config the radios.

I am on RC1 and i want to upgrade.

Which one must i install, RC2 or 12.09?

They are the same.

thanks that fixed the problem.... install 12.09-RC2

Installed RC2 and everything seems to work fine on WDR4300.

Upgraded this morning to AA-12.09-rc2 on my tp-link TL_WDR3600.
After the upgrade I had 4 instead of 2 wifi radios.

Renaming the file /etc/config/wireless and a reboot solved that problem.
After that I had to install the ddns package and some minor config issues.
But know every thing is running smooth again.

stupid question, have you make clean or make dirclean?

r36088 IS 12.09 final revision, AKA 12.09-rc2...

I think i do not understand what revision you want to compile ^^

in my understanding if you svn with

svn co svn://svn.openwrt.org/openwrt/branches/attitude_adjustment

you should get 12.09.1 r37768...
