I found 2 free gpio pin and share my discover if someone could be interested in this model.

( I2c works on these free gpio pin without hardware modification )

Orange wire is soldier where it's write R3 on the board, it's pin 2 on gpio
White wire is soldier near the heatsink ( near C7 ), it's pin 5 on gpio.

So here is my work on this router :

The small board on the top is just the rs232 transceiver.
I only use I2C with 2 gpio pins (2,5) . ( and 1 led removed as 3.3V switched power supply gpio 4 )

On the breadboard :

1 PCF8574 provide 8 IO ( with i2c driver these 8 IO are identified a 8 gpio pins -> easy to use ! )
1 PCF8591 provide 3 Analog input and 1 analog output ( but there is no drivers for this chip with bcm63xx so no emulated gpio pin ;-(   one for ar7 exists, has someone the ability to make a bcm63xx version ??? )
1 PCF8574 to drive the lcd.

The router board provide :

- 3.3V switched power supply
- 5V power supply
- 12V power supply
