Topic: How to restrict user from accessing modem via IP

hye all..

I'm new to Linux and this openwrt..
I'm handling some kind of wifi hotspot which the diagram shud be like this..

modem/router ---> wifi AP ---> client

modem/router - Dlink DIR-615
AP - UBNT Nanostation M2 with OpenWRT Backfire Rc6

from client side gateway shd be 192.168.182.1
IP for modem is 192.10.10.3

my question is..How do i restrict the user from accessing the modem (192.10.10.3)
