Hey

For the past days I've been trying to get OpenWrt working on the "Wireless Hippes" box, but with no success so far. (I'm all new to flashing routers)

The sticker on the bottom says: (picture of the modem)

BEWAN IAD ARV4510PW-A-LF-L3
BWA iBox V1.0
BeWAN Systems

I've found some images on your site that has the same corresponding "arv4510pw" identifier. And I've tried using atftp (tftp just gave a buffer overflow all the time) to flash the router using the following command:

atftp --option "mode octet" --option "timeout 60" --verbose --trace -p -l openwrt-lantiq-danube-ARV4510PW-squashfs.image 192.168.0.1

But no luck when I reboot the modem and press "Enter" it just doesn't respond. Static IP and so on configured on host, continuous pinging to know when it responds. Tried all images labeled arv4510. Has anyone had any luck getting OpenWrt working on this box? All info I can find is rather old or just way over my head. Also tried different IPs, holding the factory reset button and the wireless button while booting up, but nope. Out of batteries for the camera, but the modem is black with a black antenna and it's labeled "Wippes, Wireless Hippes".

The only way to get OpenWrt running on that box is to short the UART boot pins (see picture), load U-boot via a serial connection, and then flash a new bootloader and OpenWrt from there. In addition, wireless and USB in that box will probably not work yet in OpenWrt.
