I need a version that works on the TD-W89841N router v4.0, updated its firmware to a newer version and the router no longer activates the WDS function. Please, can anyone help me?

Could you show the technical information of it? How much RAM, ROM, what chipsets, ...

-> 2MB flash is way too little for OpenWrt, as is 16MB RAM.
Min required: 4/32
Recommended: 8/64 or more, depending on your usecase

Oh, yes, 2mb ROM is not enough for anything.
To run openwrt/lede somehow there is 4mb ROM required. 16mb RAM is enough when you dont use luci.
francis_pcbi, get some lede/openwrt supported lantiq xrx200 device and use that.
