Is it possible to filter traffic from specific ip (in lan) to other destinations among same zone (lan)
I want to restrict access to other machines, but leave access to wan. Or I should create another subnet for such case?

Yes, unless you want to deal with ebtables which allows you to add filtering to the bridge,
