Device now:
1.  Does not serve DHCP
2.  Does not respond to pings on 192.168.1.1 with manual client IP setting to 192.168.1.10 and mask 255.255.255.0
3.  Has a reset button but repeated attempts to get it into failsafe mode have failed
4.  Does not send any broadcast packets during boot.
5.  Has power and LAN LED lights that come on.

Looks like a JTAG debrick job now... or does anyone have any ideas?
