Hi guys,
I have a bunch of .ipk packages that were compiled for old Chaos Calmer using uclibc, I don't have the source code for them anymore, just the ipks
Can I still compile them to work under Designated Driver (musl) ?

No.
Ipk contains just the compiled binary. You need to compile from sources to get new DD ipks for musl.
