Topic: General Release Basis Versions

If I look at the various RCs and releases I do not find any place where I can find the release basis (RXXXXX).  As one reads wiki, dev and other articles, one often sees the R-version but not the related release names.  I think it would be helpful to keep this table for general reference.

Can someone please help fill in the table below, or does this exist somewhere that I am unaware of?  I'll add older release info if supplied.

Version info and dates are based on the version info displayed in the ar71xx/generic/packages/base/base files... ipk

Go to packages/base directory (just packages/ for I think BB rc1 and earlier). Look at the file name of base-files package:

base-files_158-r46815_ar71xx.ipk

There it is.

At the bottom of this http://wiki.openwrt.org/about/history it says that DD started after the first release of CC RC1.  I know what that was and the date, hence I added the "+" sign, and assume it was the next trunk version, but it's probably not 45696....

so ppl using trunk.. kernel 4... were in fact using DD not CC..
anw you mentioned RCs and final in 1st post.. DD is not a RC yet
you could extend wiki.. history page with this info(RC part)

@RangerZ - I recently edited that about/history page. If you know more than I do about it, please update.

I used that as my basis, but also looked to update the table.  Don't see an edit for the table.  Can you add the above, or point me to where EDit is?
