Good morning everyone and thanks for any replies,
they gave me a router Aztech HW550-3g with probably the boot damaged in an attempt to install openwrt. I tried using the serial port but completely inactive. I need to get the files to upload, and instructions. I have a JTAG cable DLC5 and openocd on winxp machine.

Serial must give you some thing, at least initial boot message. First make sure, double sure, triple sure that you have serial connected correctly.
If you completely trashed your boot loader then only way to fix it is to get same device and clone flash from one device to other.
