Is it possible to add an external antenna? I gave a look at the pcb ( i got 2 of these) and i can't find an "usual" wifi antenna design

Here are some images of the board
on the last image on the left of the soc, there are 2 copper pads and i suppose those are the (crappy) antenna, now, i'm not a pro
so i don't know which of those 2 pads is the ground and the hot points, anyone knows?
That element located top-left of the SoC (C207) seems to be the antenna. But you are right about those two copper pads on the last picture, that is where you should get rid of the smd element and solder on your pigtail. Ground is that larger pad on the bottom.

Iwas thinking the same thing, i will build a better antenna and make some tests
