Hi
I've been looking for a single box router/switch with minimal 12 1 Gb-ports.
It should support PoE on few ports to allow a camera and a wifi base station.
19" inch rack is too large, it should be desktop or wall-mounted.
I notice that few switches do exist, but it seems none support NAT and firewall.
Any advice/suggestions?

They have 12 x 1Gbps routers... but they are not cheap
I second that recommendation but if you want desktop with POE. You're best bet is going to be the Ubiquiti POE 5-Port Edge Routers.
Otherwise you're looking at the POE Switch (Netonix or Ubiquiti) along with a RB2011 or RB1100.
