post full log of your procedure to flash it.

looks like you have wrong kernel size

0x000000020000-0x000000124e5c : "kernel"
[    0.730000] mtd: partition "kernel" must either start or end on erase block boundary or be smaller than an erase block -- forcing read-only
[    0.740000] 0x000000124e5c-0x0000007f0000 : "rootfs"

it must be ends with 0000

that's normal, check any bootlog..
you do not need to write kernel partition from a running system

what file did you flash (link!)? how? post every detail of what you did.

the factory
