I'm looking for hardware that has an integrated TPM, or something along those lines. I want to store VPN keys and such securely, and the standard flash-based SoC's don't give that. Any suggestions?

Yes I have. Regular security tokens I could find are physically too large. Very small ones are quite expensive. My target price for the board is $20-30.
