hello all i bricked my wr940n router ... i made a serial connection with a ttl converter and now iam getting this in putty

i really need it

since it is very similar to the wr941nd, this should explain how it works. as mentioned there, check if 0xbf020000 is really the right address, your log gives me reason to believe, that 0x9f020000 fits better in your case. btw, which firmware image did you flash on your router?
