Trac do not allow adding comments by others than development team members.
And they seem to insist on using trac.

1) I used to put my email addr to ticket Cc field. And then I just replied to that mail.
It worked before however now it looks like nobody reads that mails. Or are all of you so busy?

2) should we create new tickets "on tickets"? Who will go thru such mess...

3) or just send our comments to /dev/null :-(

So what do you recommend us?
