Topic: TL-WR703 Bricked

I need some help with my 703.
I tried to flash it because it was chinese. I used this guide http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl- … inal.image
I flashed openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr703n-v1-squashfs-factory.bin and it loaded up, router reboted and .....
NADA -nothing.

I cant get to it either by ethernet or wifi, when i power up blue led blinks shortly then its off(~10sec) then it blinks on-off in ~1sec intervals. If  press reset button led starts to blink faster.

I tried to connect it with serial console and i get this

Iwould be verry happy if someone on this board is kind enough to guide me step by step how to unbrick my router.
Im running Windows 7 or XP (whatever goes better with unbricking router)

i dont know what happened to my router overnight. It run perfectly and today ....
Wifi and ethernet are dead, LED only blinks once, right on power-on

Please help

Well, obviously, it can't find a squashfs partition, so there is no root filesystem available. You need to reflash from uboot using either tftp or serial.

So i connected 703 to PC with serial cable when the router is powered up i enter TPL in Putty.
Then i connected PC with LAN cable and set PC IP to 192.168.1.100, installed TFTPD32  and set TFTPD host to 192.168.1.1
and put this file on server downloads.openwrt.org/attitude_adjustme … ctory.bin

Then i entered this to console(Putty)
