Topic: Help To Identify Component

The content of this topic has been archived on 7 Mar 2018. There are no obvious gaps in this topic, but there may still be some posts missing at the end.

Hi, does anyone know what component this is?

Is this a component of standard rating or it is model specific?
I can't read any serial id of this component as it is too small.

There are approximately 9768 possible components that come in that package.  The fact that the designator printed on the board starts with 'U' (rather than 'D', 'Q', or a few other possibilities) narrows it down a little bit, but no actual identification would be possible without a schematic or a readable part number.

It is connected directly to the IPX Pigtail connected so I tried finding related components and it seems to look like a RF attenuator for 2.4GHZ.
Does anyone know if RF attenuators are standard component or are specifically rated?

Probably this component is RF balun.

The discussion might have continued from here.
