i have a tp link 703 flashed it with open wrt . when there is a 3g signal usb modem connects to internet, but when there is weak signal (no 3g signal but have gsm signal) usb modem does not connect to internet. Is it possible to configure tp link 703 so that usb modem connects to internet even if there no 3g signal (but have gsm signal)
