Thankyou Idpinney but the link seems about compiling the WHOLE image of openwrt system, I would like to compile the package amule-adunanza on openwrt...

You cannot compile on OpenWrt, you allways need to cross compile, which means you need a toolchain, headers and libraries, which means you need a build environment, which is most easily obtained by compiling OpenWrt. You can also check the wiki for instructions on how to use the SDK.
