Topic: How to define dev/ttyACM0 and dev/ttyACM1 from each other?

Hello everybody!
I have 2 USB-ports on my Asus 500gP v.1
Me and my friend are going to make a small script running at start-up, that will help us to understand, which device is /dev/ttyACM0 and which is /dev/ttyACM1

How can OpenWRT tell us which device do we have on each port?
One of them is 3G modem, another is a controller.

What are your ideas?
I guess it must be simple..)

Thank you for any help in advance!

Niii, Thanks for idea and a How-To article!

In my case I do not plug in the usb devices. They are always plugged in. I want to determinate the device at start up.
The router will reboot and each time the /dev/ttyACM0 and /dev/ttyACM1 could mix.

Is it possible to use your script at this case?

Kind Regards,
Artem

Sure, it works at boot too wink.
